Cyprus Permanent Residence

Cyprus, an EU member state, offers one of the most attractive immigration-by-investment programs in Europe. The government has recently updated its programs, making the process simpler and more cost-effective, providing greater incentives for foreign investors to invest in Cyprus and obtain European Permanent Residency for themselves and their families.

“Fast Track” & “Slow Track” Options Available

The Cyprus Permanent Residence Program is one of the fastest and most reliable routes to securing European residency through real estate investment. The fast-track option grants a residence permit within 2–3 months with the purchase of a new residential property valued at a minimum of €300,000. Alternatively, the standard (slow-track) option allows investors to obtain residency within 6–9 months by purchasing any property new or resale with an average value of €150,000.
